Ideally suited for the short and snappy regional trips we all take, the SkyHanger by family-owned German company Degeler comes in velocity nylon or, if you’re prepared to fork out a few more bills, calfskin, and features a single hanger made of 100 percent titanium that can hold three jackets and a couple of shirts with ease.
There are clamps for dress trousers and an optional clear bag for toiletries. There’s also inner pockets for shoes and ties, and a large external pocket for a 15-inch laptop or tablet, meaning you just might be able to get away without a carry-on roller at all.
