It’s almost summer, which means it’s time for you to strut your stuff on the beaches of Asia, for which you’ll need the right look. Fortunately, a new beachwear collection has the modern man in mind.
It’s one thing to wear water-appropriate swimwear – white boxers were a poor choice – but it’s another to wear shorts that can also be appropriate off the sand. Fortunately, a new collection from DEBAYN allows the modern gent to transition effortlessly between the settings of his summer adventures.
With meticulous attention to fit and comfort, as well as a touch of Continental sophistication that wouldn’t look amiss at the likes of Saint Tropez, these French designed swim shorts have a tailored classic fit with adjustable side fasteners. An innovative double skin concept that’s stretchy and light, and quick-drying four-way stretch polyamide fabric provides optimum comfort, making these boardies perfect for water sports, sailing and even trekking.
Inspired by his own adventures in the Med, DEBAYN founder Nicolas Jeanjean, an avid sailor, wanted to create a line of shorts that had the cut and fit that were also ideal for after sports social rendezvous in bars or casual restaurants, meaning you won’t have to duck into the changing rooms en route to Margaritaville.
The swim shorts also come with two removable waterproof pockets, making it possible to carry a phone and wallet while swimming, without having to leave valuables stranded on the beach.
The range includes men’s swim shorts, which features a slightly shorter length than traditional swim trunks (all the better to show off those sculpted quads) made of stretch material in seven rather dapper colours, as well as more modest Bermudas in the same colour range.
