A new addition to Sunset Hospitality Group’s growing collection on the island, Mamasita invites guests to a clandestine world where every whispered secret is a prelude to an extraordinary experience and where the night’s rhythm finds its home in the warm embrace of mystery and creativity. Perfect high above Santana, Discovered down a dark, red neon-lit corridor and behind a thick timber door, Mamasita is an elegant, brooding little space where the DJ spins from 11 and when the bartenders are always ready to present a rift on the classics.

The cocktail lineup (the best ones are prepared by assistant bar manager Lisya) ranges from daringly robust to finely crafted mixtures, with highlights including the Mamasita Por Favor, with basil-infused gin, Aperol, strawberry shrub, pink grapefruit and cava; and the Passion for Gold, with Pisco el Gobernador, ancho Reyes verdes, sweet corn milk, passionfruit, coconut, lemon and emulsifier.
Each cocktail can be paired with a selection of delectable light bites.
