To coincide with the fourth installment in the Predator film franchise, Reebok has created the DMX Run 10, a sneaker that’s as battle-hardened as an intergalactic heat-seeking jungle demon.
You might think a running shoe company and a film franchise working together is too many bodies on the bandwagon but sneaker lovers just might love the DMX Run 10, if only for its suitably badass name.

A veteran in Reebok’s platoon of iconic sneaker models, the DMX Run 10 has been given an overhaul for the slightly tongue-in-cheek fourth Predator flick, and now comes in a shimmering lenticular camouflage material that mimics the Predator’s invisibility cloak as it rampages through the jungle. While they’re guaranteed to mark you for death if hunting said aliens is your idea of a quiet weekend in the woods, they will catch much more positive attention in the relative safety of the city.
Reebok’s classic Vector logo peers out from the top of the tongues like alien eyes piercing the night, while the yellow mesh gusset is an abstract nod to the Predator’s non-combat attire. The inner tongues feature ‘over here’ and ‘turn around’ printed in the creature’s native language, just in case he hasn’t spotted you yet, while military coordinates inscribed in handwritten red ink and the transparent midsole overlays are crisp, soldier-like nods to covert operations.
Eerie iridescent soles conceal more than just Reebok’s patented DMX tech. Turn out the lights to see glow-in-the-dark graphics inspired by the film’s finale – don’t worry, we’re not going to spoil it for you – while a ghoulish ‘spine trophy’ souvenir hangs from the laces (of course it does) as a tribute to the savagery of the original Predator film from 1987.

The custom packaging is also worth keeping; heatmap overlays imitate the Predator’s thermal vision, while the box itself is booby-trapped with hidden messages that will appeal to sci-fi boffins and diehard fans alike.
