For the perfect addition to Autumn cocktails, Pinkster Gin is an ‘agreeably British’ small-batch gin made in Cambridge using five botanicals, of which three – juniper, raspberries and black peppercorn – are publicly known.
The fresh, locally-grown raspberries that give the gin its eye-catching pink hue are steeped in the triple distilled spirit and later infused in the gin, delivering a smooth, dry finish with subtle touches of sweetness (the raspberries left over are also used to make the brand’s own jam).

Ideal for tall gin cocktails and twists on the classic G&T, Pinkster is exceptionally smooth and has a sweet profile with hints of coriander and a jammy raspberry note with a slightly spicy finish.
