The Sunseeker Manhattan 60, operated by The Peninsula Hong Kong, is an iconic, 19-metre cruiser that will welcome up to 15 passengers each evening to enjoy a two-hour cruise that coincides with the nightly ‘Symphony of Lights’ light show over mesmerising Victoria Harbour. The package includes canapés and unlimited consumption of house Champagne, wine and other beverages, available from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm nightly, priced at HK$1,400 (US$175) per person.

If you’re more a day tripping kind of guy, you can take the Peninsula Yacht out exploring, with 14 of your closest consorts, and in the company of an experienced catering team, and even therapists from The Peninsula Spa, who will offer massages on the high seas. For a fully personalised experience, the entire yacht can be chartered for HK$15,000 (US$1,912) nett per hour, with a minimum engagement of four hours.
