Assemble the lads, work up an appetite, and then make a beeline for the Lobster Bar for a lobster boil experience that will see you through the weekend.
It’s almost Christmas, which means most of your wingmen will soon be winging it off, either to see family and friends or to find a spot of holiday sunshine. However, there is time for one last catch up before the silly season starts and the new Cajun-inspired Lobster Boil at the Lobster Bar & Grill at Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong is the perfect setting.

The Lobster Bar & Grill, home to elegant European fare and some of the city’s best martinis, launches its new lobster boil brunch this weekend (Dec 15), delivering ta touch of New Orleans to the Fragrant Harbour.
A ‘boil’ is a great chance for friends to come together and get thoroughly messy, bibs and gloves galore, as they rip apart fresh boiled seafood laced with southern spices.
The new free-flow brunch includes whole Boston lobster, short neck clams, blue mussels, razor clams, prawns, corn on the cob and French beans, with a Cajun-inspired spiced butter and home-made hot sauces on the side.
You can celebrate in style thanks to a collaboration with Veuve Clicquot and Young Master that sees free-flow champagne and craft beers, while the restaurant’s award-winning bartenders go table to table offering bespoke Bloody Marys, and a live Cajun band plays Dixie classics.
