Turn that economy class frown upside down with an Italian Spritz, the newest pocket-sized cocktail kit from W&P Design.
Allow us to set a scene for you, if we may. You’re flying down the back, in economy, on a short-haul run – no big deal, what’s a few hours in the air. Perhaps there’s been cutbacks at the office and you’re travelling a little further than short-haul – even more reason for you to find a little happiness, a little Mediterranean sunshine, a little liquid respite from the blaring engines, the stale air, and that little grinning bastard kicking your seatback.

The latest addition from The Carry On Cocktail Kit by W&P Design, The Italian Spritz is a simplistic solution to average sparkling wine and an even worse environment in which to drink it. Simply reach for the call button (if you can’t wait for the drinks service), request ice, a glass of sparkling wine (Prosecco is best but beggers can’t be choosy), and, if you don’t think it will land you on the No Fly List, a slice of orange.
Then crack open the tin cocktail kit, which includes a tiny measuring jigger, a stirrer, an instructions note, and a vial of Spritz syrup packed with citrusy, spicy Mediterranean punch. There’s enough for a clutch of refills (They even sell 230ml bottles of this red, luscious goodness) and even a linen coaster on which you can rest your newly made libation (if only to impress your neighbours).

It won’t stop someone else’s little darling from kicking your seat back, but it might stop the urge to kick back.
