You now have an excuse to explore Fortress Hill with the arrival of DPD Deluxe, a new restaurant that has something for every appetite.
When it comes to dining out, whether it’s a leisurely dinner date or a quick lunch break, the first question that usually comes to mind for Hong Kong diners is Asian or Western cuisine? Although that’s pretty broad, in a city like Hong Kong most restaurants fall snuggly into either pigeon hole. That is until now.

Opening its doors in Fortress Hill‘s AIA Tower, DPD Deluxe features both Chinese and Western menus curated by two teams of star-studded chefs. Pair that with a spacious dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble walls and plenty of zen-inducing house plants and you have a new culinary destination that’s serving from breakfast till late.
For Western options, think wild mushroom cappuccino with black truffle
bread and tofu skewers – a fun take on the classic soup; tangy and fresh spaghetti aglio e olio with Hokkaido scallop; French Blue Mussel pots with garlic and rosemary cream sauce; and health-conscious choices like OmniPork luncheon meat with quinoa in pumpkin sauce; and the Beyond Burger with potato wedges.

If you’re looking for something a little closer to home, you can’t go past classics like sweet and sour pork with bell pepper and spicy sauce; and sizzling Chinese lettuce with shrimp paste served in a clay pot. For the time-poor, the Chinese Set features double-boiled soup, a made-to-order dim sum platter, deep-fried prawns in salted egg yolk; stir-fried beef noodles;
and steamed rice with chicken and preserved sausages on a lotus leaf.
Lunch just got a lot easier.
