Vista
From its location at One Peking Road, Vista will boast enviable views of the fireworks display. Enjoy a four-course dinner on 11 February 2024 for HK$1,588 that includes the likes of grilled beef tenderloin and foie gras with morel ragu and red wine truffle jus; and a special-edition golden tiramisu. Want to go one floor higher? For HK$388 you’ll get a glass of Beuve Clicquot Champagne at Vista Bar.
Harbourside Grill
At Harbourside Grill at Harbour City, executive chef Armand Sablon presents a gourmet five-course dinner menu priced at HK$1,588 per person on 11 February 2024. Relish on double chicken consommĂ© with truffle boudin; foie gras terrine with cherry jam; Scottish scallop with truffle sauce; and a choice between sea bass or beef fillet as your main course. Chef Sablon’s baked Ă -la-minute apple tarte tatin provides a sweet finale.Â
Alternatively, get a spot on the spacious alfresco terrace to get the best views of the fireworks display for HK$350 per person, including one house-selected drink. Enter from 7 pm onwards on 11 February 2024.

The Aubrey
Atop the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental, you’re sure to enjoy the fireworks at The Aubrey, which will present an eight-course menu paired with cocktails, priced at HK$1,688 per person. Enjoy a delectable line-up of dishes like Hokkaido hotate with onion ponzu; lobster tempura; and Miyazaki wagyu tenderloin with wasabi salsa. End the meal with a luxurious Kinkan mousse featuring mandarin jelly, almond tuile and sake granita. A DJ will entertain guests from 10pm till late.
ALTO Bar & Grill
Book ahead for a spot in Causeway Bay’s ALTO restaurant with its beautiful harbour views and sky-roof terrace, a great location to get the best shots of the CNY fireworks. ALTO’s seven-course dinner feast on 11 February 2024 is priced at HK$1,288, with an optional wine pairing at HK$348. Relish on Oscietra caviar; Morecambe Bay oysters; and USDA Beef Wellington in Parma Ham. Enjoy sweets like star anise sabayon, and dark chocolate cremeux.

Hutong
Dine in glamour with Hutong‘s breathtaking Hong Kong Island skyline views, ensuring front seats to the Chinese New Year fireworks display. Its Northern Chinese dinner feast features an eight-course dinner to bring in that new year luck and includes black pepper lobster with golden garlic; and fiery flaming tiger prawns with white pepper and garlic chilli. Priced from HK$3,980 for four or HK$5,880 for six, the menu is available from 1 – 24 February 2024. A six-course Fireworks Dinner is available on the 11th February 2024.
Perla
Book one of the best seats in Kowloon to enjoy the fireworks at south Italian restaurant Perla, where the six-course Chinese New Year menu will be available from 10-13 February, priced at HK$1,880 per person. Start with scallop with artichoke, puff pastry, and black truffle, followed by Wagyu tendons. Guests have options to upgrade their menu to have the pappardella with Alaskan king crab, and Yui A5 Wagyu. Add HK$980 for an optional wine pairing.

FIAMMA
If you prefer a wide angle shot of the fireworks and the Hong Kong cityscape, head to FIAMMA at Victoria Peak. Go for Italian comfort food with a special three-course menu ranging from HK$368 to HK$538 (vegetarian options available) on 11 February 2024.
Among the choices are burrata served with sautĂ©ed broccoli rabe, sun-dried tomatoes, Taggiasca olives and toasted focaccia crumble; “Fior di Latte” pizza with porcini mushroom, roasted potatoes and black truffle; and Black Angus tenderloin with truffled mashed potatoes and braised baby gem. Cap your dinner with an Italian dessert like tiramisu, vanilla panna cotta, or sbrisolona cake crumble.
aqua
Just a floor below Hutong, aqua gives you equally impressive views of the CNY fireworks. Welcome the Year of the Dragon with its five-course menu of Japanese and Italian dishes priced at HK$1,888 per person, featuring roasted Wagyu beef sirloin with herb teriyaki sauce; confit suckling pig; sashimi and sushi.

Hue Dining
Located at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, you can’t miss the views of the CNY fireworks at Hue Dining. The four-course Chinese banquet menu on 11 February 2024 is priced at HK$1,500, with a wine pairing option for HK$390. Starters include ham hock terrine drizzled with ‘pat chun’ vinegar reduction and served with ginger gel; red prawn carpaccio with Oscietra caviar; and mille feuille topped with pumpkin puree, candied pumpkin seed and pumpkin oil snow. Mains include suckling pig, Atlantic cod wrapped in crispy kataifi, and M8 striploin.
Indulge in dessert choices that include pavlova topped with mango, pomelo, whipped citrus mascarpone and house made coconut ice cream; or a yuzu tartlet topped with creme mousseline served with sesame tuile and house made black sesame ice cream.
INK Seafood Cafe
Offering a captivating alfresco setup, INK Seafood Cafe offers a unique experience to watch the fireworks. Its CNY fireworks party package is limited to 20 tables, while the VIP package caters up to four guests in a private table arrangement for HK$4,300 with full harbour view, a bottle of champagne, and eight cocktails, beers or wines.
