It’s almost 2025 and if you’re celebrating the turn of the year at home, you’ll want to ensure you fulfilling your time-honoured duties as a host. Packed with festive flavours, these winter cocktails will ensure your guests have the seasonal spirit they need to propel themselves into the new year.

Gingerbread Café
Ingredients
1 ½ parts Cantera Negra Reposado Tequila
½ part Cantera Negra Café
1 shot Espresso
½ part Frangelico
¼ part Gingerbread syrup (equal parts cinnamon syrup to ginger syrup)
Barspoon Crème fraiche
2 dashes of Pecan bitters
Grated cinnamon garnish
Instructions
Shake in a cocktail shaker, first without ice to help blend all the ingredients, and then with ice to chill. Then strain into Old Fashioned rocks glass and garnish with grated cinnamon.
California Cornucopia
Ingredients
2 parts Gray Whale Gin
1 part Fresh lemon juice
1 part Cranberry juice
0.75 part Honey syrup
1 Egg white

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Then add ice to the shaker and wet shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with no ice. Garnish with cinnamon powder and star anise.
Cantera Coffee
Ingredients
2 parts Cantera Negra Café
1 part Cantera Negra Silver Tequila
Top hot coffee
Float heavy cream
Dusted cinnamon and/or espresso beans to garnish

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large coffee cup. Top with hot coffee and float the heavy cream on top. Garnish with cinnamon and coffee beans.
Big Sur Sunset
Ingredients
2 parts Gray Whale Gin
1 part Lemon juice
0.75 parts Raspberry syrup
0.5 parts Orgeat
1 Egg white (optional)
Garnish: Fresh raspberries

Instructions
If you’re making this drink with egg white, add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with no ice. Then add ice, and shake again. If making with no egg white, add all ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with raspberries.
Note: Raspberry syrup can be store-bought or homemade. If you’re keen to make the syrup, combine 4 oz of berries, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until simmering, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the berries have disintegrated into seeds. Muddle if needed. Fine strain syrup to remove seeds and berries. Let cool completely before using. Store in an airtight container in a refrigerator.
Campfire Old Fashioned
Ingredients
2 parts Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon
0.25 part Maple syrup
2 dashes Coffee pecan bitters
2 dashes Black walnut bitters

Instructions
Add Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon, maple and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until cold. Strain liquid over fresh ice into rocks glass and garnish with orange peel.
Bourbon Apple
Ingredients
2 parts Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon
2 dashes Bar Keep Baked Apple Bitters
Top with soda water

Add bourbon and bitters into mixing glass. Stir until cold. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with apple
