From the acclaimed Koval distillery comes Thresh & Winnow, a new line of ultra-premium organic spirits

Available from this month, the new line debuts with a limited edition Gold Medal-winning 10-Year-Old Rye Whiskey, and a Best in Class and Double Gold Medal-winning Single Malt Whiskey.
Crafted from organic rye that’s had the good fortune of ageing gracefully in the Midwest, the nose of the 10-year-old whisky is an inviting mix of freshly cracked pepper and sun-dried apricot followed by a palate of layered complexity, including velvety vanilla and a hint of dark chocolate.

Offering a little additional depth, the American Single Malt Whiskey (that’s right, it’s not a Scotch) is crafted from 100% organic malted barley and offers a rich bouquet of roasted grains, acacia honey, and chestnut cream on the nose and on the palate, expect butter toffee and caramel fudge.
The whiskies, which are sure to be a hit with lovers of a decent dram, will be followed in October by two gins, Foret and Citrine, inspired by Japan’s celebrated flavours of Shiso and Yuzu respectively.
