If you’re in the mood for a leisurely meal of authentic Spanish cuisine, Murray Lane’s new Tapas Brunch just might be the gem in your weekend.
Tapas continues to be the culinary style of the season in Hong Kong with new tapas joints opening across the Fragrant Harbour and now Barcelona-native chef Edgard Sanuy presents an elegant new limited-time Tapas Brunch at The Murray, a Niccolo Hotel’s Murray Lane.

Murray Lane’s new Tapas Brunch, which is available until December 5, offers diners the opportunity to delve into the authentic flavours of Spanish cuisine with a host of unique dishes laced with Spanish ingredients – think padrón peppers, blood pudding, handmade chorizo, jet fresh octopus and boutique extra virgin olive oil – and served sharing style at Murray Lane’s stylish indoor and alfresco dining areas.
The brunch also includes delectable tapas dishes, a cavern, cold cuts, bakery items, a carvery, and a range of desserts, with highlights including “Nusa” potato and mayo salad; tomato salad with smoked herring; white anchovies with garlic oil; octopus “Gallega” with smoked paprika and potato; slow-cooked egg with Agria potatoes; suckling pig; and crispy churros coated in cinnamon sugar. Each guest will also enjoy a complimentary glass of sangria.

Murray Lane’s new Tapas Brunch is priced at HK$498++ per person and is available Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm until 2.30 pm.
