Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel has joined forces with McLaren Hong Kong to launch a rather exhilarating staycation.
Yeah we know, travel is back on the cards again but now that you have a taste for staycations you might want to give a new package from Tung Chung’s newest five-star hotel consideration. The Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung’s first-ever “All-new Luxury Stay with McLaren Hong Kong” will run until March 26, and puts guests firmly in the driving seat to explore scenic Lantau.
The time-limited package enables supercar lovers to experience a 60-minute test drive along the wide-open roads of Tung Chung in a McLaren Artura, the first-ever series-production High-Performance Hybrid (HPH) supercar of McLaren, for one guest. The all-new high-performance hybrid supercar guarantees pumping adrenaline with its super-lightweight design and powerful hybrid powertrain.
Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung defines what an unparalleled luxury stay is. The package comes with one-night accommodation in a Deluxe Ocean View Suite or the Sheraton Suite, the largest suite of the hotel; both are equipped with exclusive McLaren in-room amenities including bathrobes, towels, pillow cases and more. While the speed lover enjoys the thrilling test drive, their partner can opt to relax and unwind during a complimentary 60-minute massage treatment in the hotel’s latest massage facility, Sheraton Relax.

To entice your taste bud to a luxurious level, the room package also features a deluxe dinner for two with two complimentary glasses of wine at Chinese restaurant YUE or at rooftop bar and restaurant Sunset Grill. YUE’s five-course Degustation Menu features signatures like Smoked Pigeon Egg with Caviar, Roasted Marinated Pigeon, Double-boiled Fish Maw with Brassica and Almond Cream; and Stewed Whole Yoshihama Abalone with Goose Web.
The four-course Western set dinner at Sunset Grill starts with the fresh shucked Fine de Claire No.3 oysters, and a choice of Foie Gras Terrine, Spanish Octopus or Charcoal-grilled Endive Salad. The main selections include Cauliflower Steak, King Salmon or Boneless 30-day Dry-aged Stockyard Australia Striploin, and guests can choose Apple Tarte Tatin or Chocolate Ale Cake with Salted Caramel and Dark Beer Ice Cream for dessert.
Priced from HK$6,188 per night, the “All-new Luxury Stay with McLaren Hong Kong” includes one night in a Deluxe Ocean View Suite or Sheraton Suite with exclusive McLaren in-room amenities and a McLaren gift set, a 60-minute test drive with the Artura or GT for one, a 60-minute massage treatment at Sheraton Relax for one, a deluxe dinner and breakfast buffet for two and special overnight parking at $300. A minimum of two days advance booking is required and drivers must be aged 30 or above, and have a valid Hong Kong driving licence with at least five years of driving experience. The test drive requires a McLaren Brand Specialist to accompany the guest and the car model is subject to availability.
