Iconic luxury auto marque Rolls-Royce has extended its expertise to the design of an elegant luggage collection to complement its Wraith model, the most powerful Rolls-Royce to date.
There’s only one thing better than slipping behind the wheel of Rolls-Royce’s dramatic new Wraith, a sexier saloon than you’ve probably ever seen. And that’s knowing your luggage was designed to match your automotive tastes.
The collection, conceived by Rolls-Royce bespoke designer Michael Bryden and designed in the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Design Studio led by director of design Giles Taylor, comprises two Grand Tourer valises, three Long Weekender bags, and one Garment Carrier, meticulously designed to be housed in the luggage compartment of a Rolls-Royce Wraith.
Like every Rolls Royce motor car, each carbon fibre piece can be commissioned to the customer’s exacting specifications. After consulting with head butlers from some of the world’s most illustrious hotels, designers created a luggage collection that features invisible stitching, perfect weight distribution, discrete fastenings, self-righting wheels, machine polished aerospace-grade aluminium, and the iconic Spirit of Ecstasy flying lady figurine, which has graced the bonnet of each Rolls-Royce motor car since 1911, elegantly embossed onto the exterior.
The six-piece collection is available from US$45,860.
