Sure, this isn’t the first muscle boat with luxury credentials we’ve seen of late, it’s pretty unique. The result of a collaboration between Officina Armare Design and sub gurus U-Boat Worx, the 60-ft catamaran takes its inspiration from rugged yet powerful SUVs, with a pair of 8,000-horsepower Volvo engines and a deep-V design that allows it to cruise at 30-knots and even reach a top speed of 45 knots (83km/hr), so small feet for any leisure vessel.
However, the cat isn’t just about pure brawn, it’s also pretty comfortable too. Catering to 12 guests, an open-plan layout leaves room for a sundeck alfresco dining areas at the bow and stern, a spacious galley, a stand-up bar, and yes, that all-important Jacuzzi.

And yes, there’s a Nemo Submarine mini-sub that can dive to 330 feet and which is parked on a custom-designed transom that has built-in hydraulics to lift the pint-sized sub into the sea. When the sub is doing its thing, the transom becomes an expansive sundeck, adding to the usability of the catamaran.
The Aquanaut catamaran will be built by Turket’s Licia Yachts and will come with a price tag of US$3 million.
