Although we almost never see Bond with luggage – he just sort of arrives looking top-notch – we can only assume that those perfect linen suits, pressed tuxedos, and Barbour jackets come from somewhere. British luggage brand Globe-Trotter would like you to assume they came from the brand’s new Bond-esque collection.
The new line up features both a carry-on and a check-in trolley case (there’s also a rather nice luggage tag) in classic and durable vulcanised fibreboard, each with four wheels and plenty of panache. Simple yet elegant, the new cases in black and Ocean Green upholstered leather maintain Globe-Trotter’s century-old style while not looking out of place at the Casino Monte-Carlo or the Bahamas’ Ocean Club.
Made for Bond’s more urbane adventures, each cases features two internal webbing straps, plush, faux-suede lining (you’d think that for US$2,522 for the carry on and US$2,913 for the check-in they’d offer real suede) and a 007 plaque with the case’s production number.

It’s unlikely these new cases will protect you from SMERSH but they’ll ensure you stay stylish once travel recommences.
