Ozone has launched Neo Nexus, an intriguing new cocktail menu that promises to make you question your reality.
When is a cocktail more than just a booze delivery mechanism? When it’s part of Ozone’s insightful new Neo Nexus cocktail menu, which promises to challenge both your taste buds and your perceptions. Paired with new cyberpunk, tropical-inspired decor that transforms the ambience of Ozone, the time-inspired No Nexus cocktail lineup is broken down into three themes – Neo, Nexus and Tropical Noir (which sounds fun). With four cocktails and mocktails under each theme, the 12 concoctions in the new menu serve as a portal to new flavours.
In fact, one cocktail from each theme is even served in a bespoke 3D-printed vault created by Italian company 3D VAULT, which utilises the latest technologies and sustainable materials, including PLA, derived from renewable resources such as corn and sugarcane.

So, drinks to look out for. From the Neo collection (above), wrap that pretty mouth around Walled City, which pays homage to Kowloon’s old walled city, the most densely populated place on Earth, with a rift on both a French Negroni and Hong Kong’s Yuen Yeung milk tea, served in a 3D vessel resembling the green Kowloon Walled City Park today.
From the Nexus collection (at top), you can’t go wrong with The Glade, inspired by the dystopian novel Maze Runner, with smoky, pickled, and herbal notes that reflect the intricate maze of lost glades and fragmented realities; or the Static Fizz, a zero-proof rendition of a Spritz that nods to the German word for “splash,” recalling how Austrian soldiers in the 1800s lightened Italian wines with water.

Finally, from the Tropical Noir menu (above), try the Safari Hunter, which draws inspiration from the tropical Hemingway Daiquiri, named after the legendary author, with Pampero Blanco rum, curry leaf, yuzu, Aperol, seasonal berry tea, maraschino liqueur, and egg whites; or the Cyber Funk, which merges dry and piquant flavours to capture a lost Elysium amidst a cybernetic landscape.
