Are you craving a Vitamin Sea infusion? Are you being mistaken for a ghost in the workplace or do you find yourself lingering a little too long in the tropical fruit aisle? Kimpton Kitalay Samui, the first resort in Southeast Asia for IHG Hotels & Resorts’ trend-savvy boutique brand, has officially opened its doors on Thailand’s luxury playground.

Located on Choengmon Beach in the northeast of Koh Samui and just minutes away from the Koh Samui International Airport, Kimpton Kitalay Samui spans double-tiered, stilt-suspended platforms, offering an enchanting fusion of contemporary design and traditional accents. Local Thai design agency P49 Design has integrated rustic wooden elements from repurposed driftwood, nostalgic verandas, and pieces by local artwork by Thai artisans. Add earthy palettes and wave-inspired terrace furnishings across the resort’s 138 design-led rooms and pool villas, and you have your own little slice of tropical paradise.
