The butchers-cum-restauranteurs will be offering both frozen turkeys from Steggles, Australia, and ready-to-serve birds, priced at HK$688 for 3kg and HK$888 for 5kg and available for pre-order for delivery or pick up at the Feather & Bone online store between December 1 and 25th December. Just don’t leave it too late as these birds are available in exclusive quantities.

The lunch buffet (Dec 24-27 & Jan 1; 12 pm – 2.30 pm HK$588++ per person) and the festive dinner buffet (Dec 24, 25 & 31, 6 pm – 10.30 pm HK$998++ per person) includes an assortment of entrées ranging from the Deluxe Seafood Platter, featuring fresh Maine lobster, shrimps, mussels, and whelks; to freshly cooked pastas, and hearty favourites from the Carving Station, including USDA Prime Rib, Scottish salmon, ham, and turkey. Additionally, the Festive Dinner Buffet offers exclusives such as bone-in short rib infused with aromatic, roasted flavours, and pork spare ribs glazed with smoky and rich barbeque sauce.
Following the delicious entrées and mains, guests can sit back and relax as the Dessert Platter is delivered straight to the table. Featuring hand-selected treats from the Chef, the Platter includes festive delicacies to satisfy the sweet tooth.

Fiamma
For the perfect Christmas celebration, make for The Peak and the newly opened Fiamma. The new Italian restaurant takes its name from the Italian word for ‘flame’ and is inspired by the traditional Italian family kitchen, where the stove is never cold, and the air is always filled with the delectable aromas of home-cooked meals. The restaurant will present a four-course festive menu (HK$588++ per person) available during dinner on Christmas Eve (December 24th) and during lunch on Christmas Day (December 25th).
Guests will first be welcomed with sharing starters, include bruschetta with Castelmagno cheese, pancetta Arrotolata, and caramelized chestnuts; cod brandade served with crispy Carasau bread; and a winter salad of Sicilian blood orange, fennel, and radicchio, with walnut dressing. To follow, guests can choose from the Plin ravioli filled with guinea fowl and served in brown chicken broth; Sicilian “Busiate” pasta with anchovies, fennel tops, and pine nuts; or Carnaroli “Acquerello” risotto with pumpkin, Grana Padano, and toasted hazelnuts.
For the main course, choose from grilled lamb chops with wild fennel pollen and puntarella salad; roasted mackerel with soft polenta, balsamic vinegar, and caramelised onions; rich and traditional Italian grilled cotechino sausage and lentil stew; and baked Italian aubergine with smoked Scamorza cheese, Parmigiano cheese, and basil tomato sauce. End this delightful meal with the festive dessert of Panettone, Pandoro, and Italian nougat Torrone.
