There’s no doubt that the world’s population has been through the wringer these past 24 months, with levels of anxiety and depression skyrocketing around the globe. However, if none of those appeal, we might have something a little more out there to propose, and it’s all to do with magnetic frequencies.
Like something out of a sci-fi film, Hapbee wants you to enjoy the benefits of medication and meditation without having to actually do anything more than slip its collar around your noggin. Designed to mymic the effects of coffee or melatonin, or even something a little sticky icky, the Hapbee Wearable plays ultra low energy recordings of the molecules in those compounds as a unique magnetic frequency.

The result is a lightweight, waterproof device with an 18-hour battery life that provides a pick-me-up in lieu of your morning java or a lullaby in place of a sleeping pill. The collar connects via Bluetooth to a smartphone app that allows wearers to log their progress, join a community of users, and select from 20 “blends” depending on their lifestyle needs, whether it’s chilling out, sleeping deep or waking up.
Does it work? That remains to be seen but the company claims that in blind tests, 100 percent of onboarded users could feel, and tell the difference between Hapbee’s signals.
