There’s nothing worse than arriving back from a trip, only to wait at the luggage carousel trying to figure out which of the plain vanilla suitcases is yours. A new collaboration between Globe-Trotter and Neighborhood will ensure this never happens again.
Collaborations are happening all the time now, and between some of the most unlikely of players. However, the luggage brands have been pretty savvy when it comes to co-branding, as we’ve seen with the likes of Rimowa x Skyhour, Montblanc x Pirelli, and Zero Haliburton x Master & Dynamic. The newest is that of Globe-Trotter and Neighborhood.
The Luggage company and Japanese streetwear brand (which has previously worked with Burton on travel accessories) have created a line of Aero suitcases, available in three sizes, that are black, bold and unmissable.
Crafted from jet black vulcanized fibreboard for a distinctly retro feel, and boasting brown top handles in timber and closures in chrome, each Globe-Trotter x Neighborhood case is adorned with the street label’s insignia, along with the mantra “Neighborhood The Filth and The Fury (Squad) Tokyo Est 1994 Craft with Pride”.
What the phrase lacks in its contribution to the English language, it makes up for with an urban panache that’s sure to turn all the right heads on the airport concourse.
