Looking to take your clubbing experience to bold new heights? Macau’s acclaimed Club Cubic has opened its second venue in nearby Zhuhai.
If you’re into clubbing and you live in Asia, you’ll know Club Cubic, at Macau’s City of Dreams complex – chances are you might have even attended gigs here as the club attracts major acts from around the globe. Opened in 2004, the club quickly reached top world rankings as a clubbing destination.
Now the clubbing brand is moving further afield – although not far – to neighbouring Zhuhai with a new venue at the city’s Hi City precinct. By launching in Zhuhai, Club Cubic continues to bring the most sought after electronic music and spectacular performances to die-hard “Cubicans” while at the same time redefining nightlife entertainment concept in Greater China.
Decadent Design
The new club promises a coherent concept with a luxurious design. Inspired by the wild animals, Hong Kong designer Steve Leung has created a decadent and distinctly modern space that’s punctuated by the works of graffiti artist Gustav Szabo (a.k.a. Szabotage).
With approximately 2,000-square-meter of live entertainment space, Club Cubic Zhuhai will use cutting-edge lighting technology and a flexible stage layout by ArtJoey to create a dazzling atmosphere Of course, as with the Macau club, the place to be is the exclusive VIP rooms where revellers can host their own parties.
Expect acts by the likes of Steve Aoki, Afrojack and DVLM, followed by a rotating roster of international and local acts.
