For today’s busy traveller, time could be considered just as precious as gold, and keeping track of time both locally and at home has never been more fundamental. Fortunately, the Classics Wordtimer Manufacture helps you keep tabs on your second and minutes.
Time, it’s a funny old thing. It punctuates and defines so much of our lives, slicing and dicing every day, month and year into precious portions that must be used wisely or lost forever. As adage goes, time waits for no man, but at least you can now keep better tabs on what time it is where it matters with this savvy new addition.
To help the jet-set keep tabs, Swiss watch brand Frédérique Constant has released the latest rendition of its Classics Wordtimer Manufacture, which allows users the opportunity to track time on cities around the globe.
Featuring a beautifully etched world map on its dial, ringed by 24 cities, with a date by hand at 6 o’clock, the new release boasts a FC-718 caliber movement. Produced in-house, the movement allows all Worldtimer functions, as well as the date, to be adjustable via the crown itself, with no additional push-buttons.
The timepiece displays two separate discs, one featuring a 24h day-night indicator and a second with indications for 24 cities. This striking new timepiece is presented with a green alligator strap with white stitches that complements the deep green of the dial.
