Whether you’re in official quarantine, self-isolation, or are simply working from home to avoid the crowds, chances are you’re probably not living your healthiest self. We suspect there might be quite a bit of daytime drinking going on, not to mention the feast of snacks that accompany any Netflix binge fest. We’re not here to judge, we’re here to help.

Fortunately, so are the specialist wellness advisors, practitioners, and experts at Chiva-Som, arguably Asia’s most lauded wellness retreat. The destination spa, located in the royal Thai town of Hua Hin, has launched Chiva-Som Online Wellness Services, a series of complimentary online consultations that cover everything from fitness to nutrition and stress relief – and we can all do with a little more of that at the moment.

The one-on-one sessions tap into Chiva-Som’s 25 years at the forefront of Asia’s wellness scene and connect individuals (like you buster) to the resort’s extensive team of specialists, who will consult live via video communication and offer personalised feedback regarding lifestyle, physical fitness and nutrition choices.

In addition, Chiva-Som is sharing a wealth of on-demand inspirational wellness content and hands-on tools on its digital channels to help everyone adapt to the constraints of the COVID-19 epidemic. From healthy cuisine recipes and holistic wellbeing advice to virtual exercise programs and self-training tutorials, all this content is curated by the resort’s trainers and education facilitators and is designed to keep the body and mind active and healthy whilst the resort is closed.

Example features include tips on boosting the immune system and how to promote restful sleep; Pilates, yoga, and meditation sessions; pranayama classes; and tutorials to teach to self-massage at home. These are available on Chiva-Som’s blog, its Facebook page, its Instagram account, and its YouTube channels.
The complimentary wellness services are available daily until the end of May 2020 and reservations of at least 24 hours in advance are required. Individuals will receive a live health and wellness consultation, and a separate one-on-one consultation with a naturopath, or a physiotherapy or exercise session with a practitioner.
