Referencing military pocket watches of the 20th century and adapted for today’s world wanderers, Bremont has created the new Terra Nova field watch collection.
If you’re a lad that likes to get into the muck from time to time, you’ll want a watch that can keep up, take the tumbles and keep on ticking. Beautifully styled and meticulously crafted (a little like you, right tiger?), the new Terra Nova field watch includes all the hallmarks of those original timepieces, capturing their rugged elegance, practicality, simplicity, and essential functionality, but reinterpreted for the 21st century.

Featuring a contemporary, geometrical cushion case, elevated through the use of 904L stainless steel, and finished with a combination of brushed and polished texturing, the new watch’s dial features oversized numerals cut in full-block Super-LumiNova for increased legibility in low light conditions. The Super-LumiNova application is continued across the indexes on the broken railroad minute track and vintage inspired hands, while the closed case back is engraved with a unique design featuring a charted map of the world and the words ‘Terra Nova’.
The oversized crown combines functionality and crafted elegance, directly referencing field watches from an era where gloved hands needed to operate the crown with accuracy. It is enhanced through the application of Bremont’s new logo ‘The Wayfinder’, reinforcing the brand’s passion for adventure and exploration.

The Terra Nova collection is available in three case sizes with increasing functionality. A 38mm two-hander, a 40.5mm iteration both with date function or with a rotating compass bezel, power reserve indicator, date
and small seconds, and a 42.5mm steel chronograph.
Key design features of the new collection include the use of 904L Stainless Steel for its resistance to corrosion,
improved lustre and greater durability; a case with a slim profile and tapered lugs reminiscent of military field watches; faceted pencil hands renowned for their vintage provenance and clear legibility; a railroad minute track for quick reference; and unique linear gradient dial design that brings the eye to the centre of the dial and adds lustre and brilliance to its design, making it as suitable for the office as it is for those occasional black ops missions.

The new timepiece also features a new quick release stainless steel bracelet, as well as Nato strap and leather
strap options.
