Helmed by Joe Isidori, who earned his Michelin star whilst executive chef at DJI, and restaurateur and nightclub developer Chris Barish, of Light, Martini Park, Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill and Gordon Ramsay Steak fame, New York’s Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer pays homage to the great American tradition of the classic burger, with the Singapore outlet the joint’s first foray in the Far East.
