If you’re looking for dining that will fend off the descending cool, Hong Kong restaurant BEDU takes guests on a culinary journey around the Middle East with the introduction of seven new à la carte dishes and six new cocktails.
Set to revive diners with an exploration of creative new hero dishes, the new menu additions have been influenced by the sandy dunes of North Africa and the vibrant bazaars of the Middle East are perfect for sharing, with a selection of ‘rip and dip’ flatbread and mezze tasters, signature meat and seafood dishes, and vegetarian delights.

Look out for red pepper labneh; roast baby squid with smoky hummus and exotic pomegranate seeds; Mediterranean-styled baked feta with smoky spiced honey; and Shawarma beef ‘tataki style’ dressed with harissa sauce and served with a pistachio dukkah.
You’ll be able to mix and match your new BEDU dishes with new light and refreshing cocktails, ranging from the Eclipse, with kaffir lime-infused Havana Rum 3 Years rum, coconut cream, lemongrass syrup, and lime juice, to the Qawa Soda, a blend of coffee-infused Olmeca Blanco tequila, homemade salted caramel, peach, and espresso.
