There’s also classic beach fare, such as beer-battered barracuda and salt and pepper squid, grilled octopus with confit potato, rocket, almonds and olive tapenade; a Wagyu cheeseburger served with smoked tomato relish and fries; and brined and roasted spring chicken served with grilled greens and chipotle mayonnaise. A dedicated kid’s menu will ensure Bathers will quickly become a family favourite.
Don’t forget to add on from the innovative cocktail menu, which includes the Lemongrass Refresher, with gin, lemon, lemongrass, and ginger topped with soda water; Lantau Juice with vodka, crème de pêche, cranberry, pineapple and fresh lime; and the Beach Spritz with elderflower liqueur, cucumber, and mint topped with sparkling wine. These refreshing cocktails are also complemented by a list of craft beers and boutique ciders and matched with gourmet snacks, including hot seafood platters and charcuterie.
Beats the hell out of hot crossed buns in bed.
