Azimut has launched the new Magellano 66, a modern navetta for gentle cruising.
If you’ve always fancied a life at sea, if the troubles of terra firma bring you down, or if you’re just in the market for a new gin palace on which to spend that Bitcoin bonus, the new Azimut Magellano 66 might just be the ticket.
Arriving in spring and packed with features, the new yacht design combines timelessness with modernity, comfort and versatility. The perfect day cruiser but one that also lends itself perfectly to overnight sojourns, the new yacht boasts a generous interior cabin that’s flooded with natural light thanks to over-sized windows, and which is made for intimate entertaining.
You’ll also be able to keep the crew at bay thanks to the addition of a sliding door that separates the pilot station and galley from the main salon, as well as a decentralised stairway that connects the main deck with the owner’s stateroom and two guest cabins below (a fourth space can also be set up with bunks or for storage).
However, this yacht isn’t about staying cooped up inside; the new Magellano 66 also features a stern lounge that can incorporate a stand-up bar, a very spacious flybridge, and an elegant dining space on the yacht’s foredeck that’s perfect for those leisurely dinners under the stars.
Of course, you’ll have the freedom to cruise thanks to a pair of MAN 850hp engines and a range of 1,400km, and you’ll rarely spill your sundowners thanks to innovative, second-generation Dual Mode hulls that ensure stability in even moderate chop.
Just don’t forget the rum.
