Located on Wyndham Street, the new restaurant is helmed by seasoned pizzaiolo Chef Michel Delgi Agosti, who presents both dine-in and delivery menus laced with tradition and the freshest ingredients, with takeaway pies whisked to your home via a fleet of customised Vespas, naturally.
Agosti continues his signature pizza style, using low-rising dough to create bases that are light and which showcase the ingredients to perfection. Look out for everything from the classic Margherita to the signature Amalfitana, gourmet pizzas that can be enjoyed alongside a range of seasonal small plates and flavourful fresh salads.

Signature drinks include the Parmesan Sour with rye whiskey, almond wine, fresh citrus, egg whites, and freshly grated parmesan (yes, in a drink); the Espresso Zabaglione, made with vodka, hazelnut, fresh espresso, kirsch, marsala and mascarpone foam; and the Hugo Watermelone, featuring salted watermelon, Italicus bergamot liqueur, Americano Bianco vermouth, soda, and prosecco as an innovative twist on the classic spritz
