Meaning “towards greater things”, Ad Maiora combines both a premium automatic mechanical movement with smartwatch functions presented on a full-dial e-paper display – that’s right, like your Kindle.
Available in two signature styles – Black and Sterling – and with a custom option, the Ad Maiora is powered by a self-winding calibre movement with a 42-hour power reserve connected to smart circuitry and sensors that offer the interaction of a smartwatch thanks to an electrophoretic display (EPD) exclusively engineered for the watch brand by Plastic Logic.

This display allows for the simplistic elegance of a conventional watch face, combined with real-time info, including a hybrid calendar function that links to the wearer’s smartphone and displays scheduled events in stripes around the dial, as well as event-specific info, linked to a notification, when the correct time is reached.
There’s also an activity tracker that keeps tabs on everything from the user’s heart rate to their daily step count via an innovative companion app.
Just brilliant.
